This looks pretty similar to the Cursed Walking modpack. At least a lot of similar mods and texture pack. Might be edited somewhat. I can’t really check right now to see differences, but that would be a good starting place.
Looks like deceasedcraft modpack, though it could be using some additional mods (im.not sure deceased craft can create such a relentless horde by default, so might just be a config change)
