The trickiest part is lining up the armor stand with pistons. This one is standing in the middle of two blocks on 4 layers of snow, push it against a wall to get it in the middle and then push it back against grind stones set sideways and push blocks from the top to fill the floor. The tire is a wither skeleton skull. The boat is standing on two candles as the legs and then just place lightning rods against the candles. The “shovels” float in the air so make a pile of something under them. Do-able in vanilla survival.
