  1. Anyways here's a cookie recipe
    Ingredients:
    * 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
    * 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
    * 1 large egg
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
    * 1 teaspoon baking soda
    * ½ teaspoon baking powder
    * ½ teaspoon salt (optional, if using unsalted butter)
    Instructions:
    * Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
    * Cream together butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. This usually takes 2-3 minutes.
    * Beat in egg and vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
    * Combine dry ingredients: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt (if using).
    * Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
    * Roll the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
    * Cut out shapes: Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes.
    * Bake: Carefully place the cut-out cookies onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers will still look slightly soft.
    * Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
    * Decorate (optional): Once cooled, you can decorate the cookies with frosting, sprinkles, or other desired decorations.
    Enjoy your homemade cookies!
