We Found A Scary Buried Giant’s Body in Minecraft

Breaking news. A giant has appeared and is attacking this village. Oh no. It wiped out all the villagers and destroyed everything. Now it’s begun attacking a new village. Oh wait, it looks like they have a cannon here. The giant is heading for it. Wa! The giant is down and now it’s being buried. Now that this incident is over, the village has declared that no one is allowed to build houses on the land where the giant was buried. Look, JJ, there’s a village. That looks like a nice village. I wonder what it’s like. It’s nice. Let’s build a house here. Hm, that’s a good idea. This area looks great for building. It’s all flat land, and there’s even a small pond over here. This is great. Mhm. It’s a prime location. I wonder why there aren’t any houses here. All right, I’ll get started on my house right away. You’re already building. Now I’ll do this. Huh? Hey, this is cursed land. You’re not allowed to build houses here. Huh? It’s cursed. Well, that’s just a superstition. I like this land, so I’m building a house here. Oh dear. Well, I warned you. Huh? What was that about this being cursed land? Don’t worry. It’s probably just superstition. I don’t believe in curses. Anyways, why don’t you build a house here, too? Actually, I think I’ll build somewhere else. Huh? You’re such a worry ward, JJ. Whatever. I’ll keep building mine. Well, good luck with that. Okay, I’ve put some distance between myself and Mikey’s house. I guess I’ll start building over here. And I think I’ll build a modern house this time. Okay, then I guess I’ll start by making the foundation. I think I’ll make it an L shape like this. H. Now to build the walls. Next up, I’ll build the roof. H. All right, the roof is complete. Moving on. I think I’ll use more blocks of quartz for the floor. All right, the framework for the house is complete. The next thing I’ll do is put in some windows. I wanted to have large windows so there’s a good view of the scenery outside. Hm. I’ll put up some more big windows like that one. Nice. Okay, my windows are finished. Now I have a good clear view of the outside. I guess I’ll work on the interior first. Oh, but first I’ll put a doorbell up by the entrance. And I’ll use some cool high-tech doors. Wo! Sweet. Next, I’ll lay a carpet over here, like so. Then the bed will go over here. And I’ll make the kitchen over here. Next up, I’ll place a dining table over here. And some chairs, too. Now, I have my kitchen, dining table, and bed all set. Now for the final part. I’ll make it so I can head up to the roof. So I’ll build a staircase over here. I’ll have it lead up to the roof like this. Okay. Now I can access the roof. Next, I think I’ll make a secret chest hidden beneath my bed to put my valuables in. I’ll hide the chest right here. And it’ll go like that. Mhm. And I’ll hook up a redstone circuit over here. Now to finish it off by placing a lever. When I flip this lever, wo, it hides the chest. Okay, next up, I’m still a bit worried about them saying that the land around here is cursed. So, just in case something happens, I’ll leave weapons and armor inside the chest. So, now I’ll place razor wire in here, as well as submachine guns, ammo, and some equipment for Mikey to use. I guess I’ll put these lava buckets in as well. Now, if something happens, we can fight back. Okay, next up is the security system. They say this land is cursed, so it’d be good to have a highle security system. I’ll start by building a set of security lasers to surround the house. So, I’ll stack these up over here. All right, I’ll build these around the entire house. All right, my house is now completely surrounded by security lasers. Okay, next up, I want to make it so that I can come and go whenever I want to. So, for starters, I think I’m going to build a slime jumper over here so I can leave when I want. So, when I do this, pushing the button lets me easily jump over the lasers. And then I’ll also set up some ladders so I can climb back inside. All right, my security lasers are all set. Now, the last thing I’ll do is build some security turrets on the roof. I’ll set them up around the entire roof like this. All right, my turrets are all set up. Now to hook them up to a redstone circuit to finish them off. I’ll start the circuit over here and connect them all. Okay, the security turrets are now complete. Pulling this lever activates the turrets, causing them to fire rocket launchers at the enemies. And with that, my house is complete. I think it turned out really well. Oh, it looks like Mikey’s house is finished, too. Let’s go take a look. Hey, Mikey. Huh? You finished your house. Oh, yeah. Isn’t it great? Mhm. It’s a nice looking house, right? I really love how it turned out. But I’m still nervous about the land being cursed. Are you still talking about that? There’s no such thing as curses. You are too much, JJ. That was a great hall. Mhm. Check out all the diamonds I got. I love this village so much. We did get a lot. Uh-huh. Well, I’m tired. They’re holding a grudge because I ignored their warning. Yeah, that must be it. Mhm. H maybe. Well, let’s fix your house, Mikey. All right, let’s go. It’s a mess, huh? Yeah, everyone’s so mean. I’ll get rid of the cobwebs. There’s more over here. Now, let’s erase all the graffiti. It’s so mean. I’ll get rid of these. Thanks, JJ. Hm. I have a bad feeling about this, Mikey. Why don’t you stay at my house tonight? I have a pretty highle security system, so I think it’ll be safe. Nah, I’ll be fine. Curses are just superstition after all. Well, okay. I’ll head home then. See you. All right, I’m heading home. I’m so tired. I think I’ll call it a night. What was that? Hold up. There are creepy monsters attacking Mikey. This is bad. I need to go save him. But first, I need the equipment I prepared in case this happened. Time to gear up. Okay, I got to hurry and save Mikey. Let’s go. Wo! There’s so many of them now. Over the security lasers. I’m coming, Mikey. Take this. Thanks, GJ. What are these? I’ll take them all out. Are you okay, Mikey? Thanks, GJ. Mikey, I’m going to surround your house with razor wire. Huh? We need to raise your house’s security before more monsters show up. All right, I hope that’s enough. Thanks, JJ. Those creepy monsters attacked me out of nowhere. This place must be cursed. So, the land really is cursed. I should have listened to that villager’s warning. Here, take all of this, Mikey. Oh, thanks. All right, time to gear up. Okay, I should be fine now with this gear and razor wire fence you built for me. Huh? TJ, no. They’re attacking. They’re back. Oh, wonderful. The razor wire is working. Awesome. Here come more. The security’s working. All right. Excellent. Wa! Wow, this is amazing. Everything’s fine now, thanks to the security measure you built. Well, it looks that way. Huh? Wa! What happened? It looks like some kind of pit opened up where your house used to be. No way. Look. Huh? There was a cursed giant buried here. What? That must be the source of the curse. We need to defeat the giant. Yeah. Let’s pour lava on it. Oh, got it. I’m counting on you, JJ. Mhm. Otherwise, the curse might kill me. Okay, I’ll build a bridge to make sure the lava hits the giant. Be careful. Let’s see. I should make sure the lava hits the giant in the face. So, I’ll pour the lava from there. Okay. I’ll attack the giant with lava while it’s still asleep. Go for it, JJ. Take this. Go, go, go. I should get back just in case. All right, it’s dropping towards its face. Good. I hope this works. Well, huh? Well, it’s landing on the giant’s face, but huh, it looks like it’s working. That’s not good. No, let’s go to my house. Okay, let’s hurry. It’s crawling out. Run. Hurry. Oh no. Okay, over the lasers. Yes. Look out. Head to the second floor. Okay. Are the lasers working? Yes. It looks like they’re keeping it out. Oh, nice. Huh. Is it taking damage? It can’t get through. It broke through. What? We’ll be fine, Mikey. I’ll turn on the security turrets. Yes. Go, go, go. Wa! Sweet. The missiles are hitting it. Yes, it’s working. It’s taking damage. Take it down. Yes. Take that. All right. Almost. Oh, yeah. Wa! We did it. We defeated it. It’s gone. Wait, it’s still there. Huh? It just turned small. Oh, let’s finish it off. Okay, now that it’s small, I’m not scared of it anymore. Here, JJ. Oh, thanks, Mikey. Let’s get it. Let’s go. Yeah. It’s not scary anymore now that it’s small. It got through the lasers. Wo! After it. Yeah. Okay. All right. Come on. Wait up. Stop right there. You won’t get away. Wait up. Oh. It jumped into lava. Is it on fire? Oh, the cursed giant jumped into the lava and died. That means we did it, JJ. We defeated the cursed giant, I guess. So, and we learned a lesson today.
