My daughter(10) asked for a Stardew Valley themed birthday party this year. There's not a whole lot of resources for SDV themed parties on the internet, so I thought I'd share some ideas that I either came up with myself or got from the semi limited amount of other party themed reddit posts. Some of this I did do, some of it I planned to do but ended up cutting it for budget reasons.
Note that this was a relatively low budget party and I forgot to take photos until after the party was over 🤦🏼♀️ so no, none of this is Pinterest worthy. But she had fun and that's what matters! Maybe I can inspire someone else's party 🥰
Food:
- Breadsticks in mini counter top trash cans "Bread"
- Ferrero Rochers "Golden Walnuts" – Sliced Starfruit "Starfruit"
- 'Cinnamon' rolls filled with raspberry or strawberry jelly instead of cinnamon "Strange Bun" – Macarons decorated with frosting Junimo faces, pretzel sticks for arms and legs "Junimos"
- Individual small cups of green jello "Algae Soup"
- Individual small cups of banana pudding "Banana Pudding"
- Mixed Fruit "Fruit Salad"
- Rainbow Goldfish "Rainbow Trout"
- Pizza Bagels "Pizza"
- Variety Cookie Pack "Cookies"

Vanilla cake with strawberry filling and strawberry frosting. "Pink Cake"
Drinks:

- Water Bottles
- Soda "Joja Cola"
Games/Activities:
- Party hats on display with a Hat Mouse sign that says, "Choose your hat, okay poke?"
- Pin the shorts on the Mayor (Bought on Etsy from mizzshellzprintz)
- Joja Mart vs Community Center Scavenger Hunt (Community Center group searches for bundle items, I hid the real versions of the items in the hunt list, except the cheese was a toy and the milk just was filled with water – no diary outside for us! Joja Mart group had 14 bags of "coins" hidden -they were really just filled with cotton- each bag worth $10,000 since you need $135,000 to finish the Joja Mart warehouse. First team to find all their items gets a prize.)
Decorations:
- Stardew Valley Music playing in the background
- "Dance of the Moonlight Jellies" on Patio (Glowing "Jellyfish" from Amazon hanging from the ceiling on the patio, aurora projector on table to look like water on ceiling
- "Farm" in the living room Straw bale "benches" for seating, Stardew animal cut outs on the wall
- Queen of Sauce cut out on TV
Favor Bags:
- Cardboard cut out of the Traveling Cart with a block of painted styrofoam in front of it, giant lollipops placed on display in styrofoam, lollipops labeled with Miner's Treat label.
- Adult Favors: small Potted plants/flowers that you'd find in the game
