Pale trapdoors or buttons
Pale buttons if your in survival, Nether Stars+armor statues book if you’re okay with data packs.
Netherstars inside of Invisible Itemframes
Buttons in a checker pattern?
Maybe glowlichen? Could work on this scale if buttons are too big/spaced too far apart
