I didn't know about truffles either and also thought they were chocolates. Genuinely thought salmon berries were not real. Didn't know you could make sugar from beets in real life or game! I did know about the flower honey! And I knew about giant crops, but maybe not THAT giant. 😂
When I was a kid, (back in the 1960s) we used to make fudge every Christmas. One year, when mixing the powdered sugar into the melted butter, it kept turning into caramel. After 3 failed attempts, one of my parents read the bag and discovered we were using beet sugar and not cane sugar.
