Seafoam Pudding is OP but if you want to get the Maximum bar you can get in the game, go to the Desert Festival and get a free 'Seafood' Dish from the fastfood shed.
It will increase the size of your fishing bar even more!
Use this in conjunction with Seafoam Pudding and Cork Bobber(s) to have a truly MASSIVE fishing bar.
