  1. Stardew Valley was my gateway game to gaming. It was the first game I ever played, convinced that I would never be a gamer… 300 hours into Stardew and I'm now in act 3 of my 2nd BG3 playthrough. Stardew literally changed my life.

  2. You don't have the board game? I needed a game to tie me over until Farming Simulator 25 came out – got obsessed bought the cookbook, board game and guidebook along with presents for family – Back to harvesting

  3. I am a gaming Grandma here. Well, according to steam, I played 2200 hours. According to Switch, I played 3200 hours, So all together, over 5400 hours. I swear it counts the time, you pause the game. I pause it alot looking at the Wiki.

BTW, I bought it in November, 2017 on Steam. However, I did not start playing it until 2021 on the Switch. Then I realized I wanted to try mods in 2022, and that is when I started playing it on PC. I think I bought all versions of the game – PC, Switch, Mobile and Kindle. My son got me a PS5, so I may buy it for the PS5.

  4. I'm not sure how I started playing Stardew Valley. I didn't even want to try it because how popular it seemed 😂 Now, I'm sitting at 1k hours 🤣🫠 I need to get my hands on some merchandise for sure 😂🤭

  5. One day I was having the worst day ever, like a storm cloud above my head. I came home, and played Stardew Valley and instantly felt better. Now Stardew Valley took over my life, and soon it’ll take over my room, hehe

  6. My relationship with Stardew Valley started so rocky, I tried to play it like 3 times but after starting it, doing the first day and taking a very short walk around town, then I’d turn it off and not go back on it because every time I thought about the game I got overwhelmed. Then one day I was going over to my aunts flat (apartment) to help her pack up to move and I thought I’d reinstall a bunch of games on the switch to pass the times when I would sit and rest (I’m pretty disabled so I usually need to take breaks throughout whatever I’m doing) and I booted up Stardew again, made my character, moved in, then turned it off and went to bed. The next day I went to help my aunt pack and on my first break I booted it up and I got hooked, I was telling my aunt I had to get a coop because I was getting chickens and that I’d with her in a moment lol. Since she didn’t know games or anything she was pretty confused lmao. I went about the rest of my day, then played it the entire ride home, then the entire night, then the next day and next thing I knew I was 500 hours deep and at 100% perfection 😭 idk what happened differently this time around but 4th times a charm lol now it’s easily one of my favourite games of all time and I hate that I can’t experience it for the first time again.

  7. Coming from a survival horror fan, Stardew Valley made me fall in love with Cozy rpg games and I never could’ve expected how much I’d fall in love with every one of the villagers. Awesome haul!

  8. I was talking to my dad one day and he was looking at an article of the best offline apps to play in the car (We were going on a car trip the next day) I saw Stardew and asked him for it, not knowing anything about it, played it constantly on mobile app for two years, before I realized there was a fandom and wikki LOL. Now I have it on my PC. I have many friends who play it, am going to the concert in a few months and its taken over my video game life more than any other game.

  9. Nah I’ve never heard of Stardew valley this video was randomly selected I don’t play cozy farming games. Especially not for the romance….

(If you know me and see me here and buying everything no you didn’t.)

BUT IT BE RUDE TO JUST CLICK AND MOVE ON SO ILL WATCH THE FULL VIDEO WHILE I WAIT TO PLAY GAMES LIKE…uh… VALORANT, YEA AND… uh… CALL OF DUTY
