If this seed exists this is totally ideal for a hardcore run. Especially if there is even one pillager outpost on it.

Go to the seed hunter and select warm and frozen ocean within 750/1000 blocks. U will load lots of continents that may look like what you want. Also, very specific seed, did u see this somewhere?
