For a little context!
I'm using Bisect Hosting to host a lil server for me and some pals, but it hasn't been the.. GREATEST EXPERIENCE… it only has two (big) issues though!
– Most Players (With the exception of myself on most cases) are randomly kicked out, or aren't even
(Either "NBT is null", "Timed Out" or "connection lost")
– The server can get extremely laggy occasionally/more consistent lag spikes

I have 'bout 9 GB of memory and the server's in 1.20.1 and these problems get exponentially WORSE as more players join.. (Like 3 players then the server throws in the towel….)
I don't know if it has something to do with the mods or the just the server itself.. I could REALLY use SOME assistance!

I’d try removing Witherstorm followed by Terramity and it’s add-ons. I’ve found these two mods can sometimes cause issues. If that doesn’t work remove mcreator mods 1 by 1 and see if that fixes things. It’s possible your issue is not mod related, but I’d try this after making a backup.
like another user said, id try removing the wither storm mod, but id also remove serene seasons – that mod, especially if not configured right can be very heavy on performance, personally ive had so many problems with that mod that I just straight up dropped it from my modpack and I was on single-player too
