I made this simple mod that adds snowy textures to trees and plants in cold biomes, snow overlays to some blocks, icicles and always snowy grass blocks for a cohesive winter look. I love mods like this. I remember a while back trying to make a performance/vanilla friendly modpack that enhanced world gen, rather than completely overhauling it or adding dozens of new biomes, and being surprised how few options there were
