Game runs perfectly fine for everything else, but most of the time when I open my inventory, crafting table/furnace etc, chests, my frames will just drop all of a sudden. I tried lowering my render and simulation distance but that didnt help. Whether shaders are on or off doesnt seem to matter cause it happens regardless. I also had JEI and read that it could cause some problems similar to this so I removed it, but its still happening. Lastly I Increased the ram usage a bit but it didnt help at all. Im playing on 1.20.1 fabric if anyone has any ideas as to what's wrong.

download spark performance profiler mod and run client profile while you open and close inventory (/sparkc profiler start, then /sparkc profiler open, click link for profiler, look at whats eating performance by sorting by load percent at the bottom of the page)
They have documentation on their curseforge and github
TLDR: spark performance profiler mod will let you figure it out.
