Ignore the area around it I'm working on that, I'm trying to make a teleporter that looks like a old elevator lift, and I'm not sure how to spruce it up. Any tips would be helpful.
Using some non-wood materials (e.g. copper plating, tin and iron bricks, lead doors) might help. Also, maybe hammered diamond gemspark blocks for lighting instead of a torch?

dug the tunnel down so it has somewhere to go.
