We both aren't the best builders and we both use tutorials, this time I really wanted to do something of my own, but now I know i need help. I want to IMPRESS her with this build and im not sure where to go after this. All i have is support and flooring made completely of stone bricks. Any suggestions on anything? lighting? more arches? Support? wood? texturing? Anything helps. even video suggestions. thank you.

Way less pillars, I count 11 make it like 4. This will give you more space for more detailed arches. Use slab and upside down stairs. A gradient or scattering a mixture of blocks would be good I think but not neccesary, do that after locking in the shape. Maybe a canopy type of roof going over it?
