Could someone help me? I don't know what to do here. I just entered hardmode and the Hallowed biome spawned right in the jungle, and it's very important for killing Plantera and Golem. Can you help me please?
does the hallow affect your temple at all? you have plenty of room for chlorophyte/life fruits/plantera bulbs to spawn in the jungle, ignoring the hallow part. also I dont think it would affect golem even if it did cross the temple, but the clentaminator exists, and by the time you reach plantera and golem you’d have access to it already

Hallow doesnt really seem to affect the jungle. Hallow spawned directly through my jungle in my current playthrough and I was still able to fight plantera

Dig a vertical shaft that is 4-6 blocks wide.
4 blocks minimum but 6 if you want to line with with some nice bricks that won’t get affected by the hallow.
Later you’ll get an item that can help cleanse things from the hallow or corruption, but it’s a good idea to not let it affect your jungle too much, even if the jungle is still a big area. The main thing is because somehow as big as a jungle is but there are certain parts that you frequent more than others and it’s just nice to go there quickly

If i remember correctly hallow cannot take over the jungle biome. I wouldn’t worry too much about it

Hallow does not transform jungle, so you will be fine.

The hallow unlike the evil biome can’t spread through mud so the jungle is completely imune to it.
Also don’t stress too much about biome spreading, at worst it’s going to be a mild inconvenience if one of your pylons gets corrupted, and everything is reversible with a little bit of work.

Hallow doesnt spread through mud blocks, but even if it was your evil biome, the jungle has decent protections against it, so you do get time before things decay.
