Should Copper Golem Legacy include the new copper items from 1.21.1–1.21.11?


Hey everyone,

I’m wondering whether the Copper Golem Legacy mod is supposed to include the new copper items added in Minecraft 1.21.1 to 1.21.11 (the latest versions).
Right now, the mod only adds the Copper Golem and the Copper Button.

  • complete copper armor sets
  • all new copper blocks, like the Copper Door, Copper Bulb, and more
  • the new gear and tools, such as Copper Axe, Copper Hoe, Copper Pickaxe, etc.

So my question is:

  1. Is it intended for Copper Golem Legacy to add these new items as well?
  2. Or would it be better to create a separate mod for all the new copper gear and blocks instead of adding them to this one?

I’d love to hear your opinions or experiences. Thanks!

    I think it should, the copper blocks aren’t hurting anyone and the armor & tools are barely better than stone tier.

    love ur mod but lots of things is missing and broken in 1.20.1

    the chest and statue blocks is not 3d in inventory, waxed variants of everything, copper golem completely not working and destroys the holding items when it turned into a statue

    I’m gonna say yes, though I am not sure how long I will use this mod given that Blackgear will also be backporting… Though, I do love that you make them press copper buttons. Maybe in the future, you could do an addon to Blackgear’s backport to allow theirs Copper Golems press your copper buttons?
