New to making builds “look good” in my survival worlds, looking for resources or suggestions on bridges that arent level with this huge cliff in between
get creative with it! you have a pretty unique structure going already id say run with it and see what turns out, or you could go classic suspension bridge and go with more of a dip into the valley rather than an arch
Maybe build up the lower side to make it look more natural. It looks like no more than 8-10 blocks below the higher side of the bridge. Terraform several layers of grass blocks, and taper them off around where your bridge is, then the actual span between won’t look so wonky.

What I’ve done before with unaligned ends is to put arches below. You may get away with one long arch, but generally I’ve done multiple. Find a circle/oval shape generator and place the top portion as close to the bottom of your bridge.

i’d do two supports with a type of brick block on each side. left side arch support from the lower ish ground and right side arch support out of the mountain.
