So im playing on a server with my friends, hosted by one of my friends, on 1.20.1, forge. and a couple days ago me and my friends played on a SEPERATE server, and a SEPERATE modpack, WIth the "Colorful hearts", which we removed then we didnt like it, Then the world got corrupted so we then started a differnt server, with different mods, And the heart effect from colorful hearts still appears, (making it if you have bonus health it just turns orange or something)

the stacking hearts mod is probably client-side, hence you kept it and could still join another server
it’s just like a resource pack
