I think you could give it a go without a tutorial. You have a good picture, and maybe some videos. Start with the easy stuff like the general shape of the buildings and windows and such. Fill those in a bit, and when you have questions the photo will probably be enough. You can use it to count how many blocks are used, etc.
The roof looks daunting, but it’s not. You can see what its made of, so start with an outline and dont hesitate to undo and re do it. There are some good roof tutorials to help make it a bit simpler to understand. Just start with the shape, and take it one step at a time.
It may be best to not try and build “this” exactly, but instead maybe just use it to fuel your own designs. You’ll like it better that way anyway.
