My girlfriend and I started a farm together and she had the hat on day 2. Didn't realize how rare it was but it's been her hat the entire time
I literally got one without even noticing it was in my inventory until after i slept, the next day i went to go craft and i laughed for a minute straight after realizing i got a 1/100000 drop from a random bush on my farm
Fun fact: when I first got Stardew I got a living hat on the third weed I scythed

I got the living hat, had a meteor fall on my farm and I had the alien space thing fall on my farm! I think it’s because i picked the beach location 😂

In my 31 hours of SV I have gotten 3 metiorites (0.01 chance btw) 2 stone owls just one strange capsule and yet I dont have living hat or crop fairy? WOW!

I had no idea this hat was rare, I got it on my first day cutting weeds, seeing how much people struggle to get this hat I saw how lucky I was.
I just randomly got it yesterday on a new farm devoted to bees. Not even on the farm, I was just cleaning up around the spas because I like to tidy up the town. Not long after, I got the trashcan hat, my favourite, on the same file, on my Switch Lite.
