It uses simpler materials and I plan to recreate it in Survival soon in a multiplayer world with a friend so I only used materials you can get from farming in a Taiga Plains and Beach/Desert biome. The house actually needs to raised one block higher (image #2 + #3 + #12) since I wanted to have a fence on the upper level bricks too but as you notice the lanterns and therefore any fence would then block the view from the windows so I left it out for now.
I hope you like the design I tried not to build a symmetric square based house and also add a little depth to it.

This looks great for a superflat world build
Looks good, could do the upstairs floor out of half slabs to save on resources and to give a bit more headroom on the ground floor
