Potentially new door: Flush Sliding Door

I didn't wake up this morning and think: Yeah, let's do a flush sliding door. But here I am, having made a 4×2 flush sliding door. With proper wiring, the redstone can all be hidden away from sight. And with a bit of effort, it could go to 4×4. And since it's a symmetrical design, it can be made into a 2×2 as well.

I haven't seen a redstone CC do a flush sliding door before, but who knows? Maybe this is just a design, and I'm unwittingly calling it mine.
