This keeps happening, I'll be sitting around doing nothing and getting spun around, I can be flying and get spun around which kicks me out of the plane. I don't know why it's happening, and it's only happening to me, nobody else on the server is dealing with this and I'm extremely angry.

There may be a parkour config for a quick rotate, or it may be a curse on one of your items. Check your control scheme and thoroughly check all your items.
If I’m not mistaken, this is from a mod that adds 19 more curse pipelines to the game, and one of these curses does this
It could be as simple as hair/fuzz in your mouse’s sensor.
