Stoneblock 4 Mekanism recipe broken

Has anyone seen this before, I'm trying to make mekanism item pipes but now all of a sudden the recipe is getting confused?? and making xycraft chemical ports… which has the same recipe except for instead of steel ingots, it's nuggets. Idk how this happened but it's breaking my ability to automate mekanism stuff in my ae system. To be clear, the recipe was working fine earlier (a day ago).
