Cannot interact with any blocks

I can’t interact any blocks in my Stoneblock 4 world, but can fully access my inventory and a backpacks inventory too. All of the sounds and animations are correct for the stuff in my inventory, but nothing happens when I try to open stuff or break blocks or open gates. Can anybody help? I’ve already tried unclaiming and reclaiming all of the chunks in my base, and moved over 100 blocks away and I still can’t break anything.
