If you could add any enchantment to the game, which one would you like to add and to which tool/weapon?

I would like a "Timber" enchantment for axes, so when a log block from a tree is destroyed, the whole tree gets destroyed. It wouldn't be combinable with Silk Touch, because that doesn't make much sense.

  1. I want the opposite of silktouch for all tools.
    Blocks mined with “Acidtouch” dont drop, they just disappear.

    They should add an enchant that works in the nether eg shapeness on a sword does no added dmg in the nether and u would have to get the nether enchant, but it does more dmg than sharpness, some for effienxy

    Lets you mine a 3x3x1 area. could be applied to picks and axes. (shovels too but you instamine pretty early in the enchanting process.

  4. I think it’d be fun to add some of the ones from Dungeons just as an easter egg. Something rare for collectors to find that doesn’t do anything, like the rolling enchants for example.

  5. Shulker enchants.

    One where items you pick up goes into that shulker if it exists there

    One that refills your hand from the shulker with the item you just used

    Im particularly fond of the first one since if you pick up junk like rotten flesh, seeds, saplings, spider eyes and more, they dont clog your inventory. It puts them away to a shulker automatically which cleans up your inventory

    Enchantments for Wolf Armor.

    Add sctual wolf armor crafted from stuff like diamond or netherite too while we are at it. Kinda still hate the did wolf armor with the Armadillo for no reason

  7. A light enchantment for a helmet. Only gets used up below certain light levels. Has 100 minutes real time use before needing replenishing. That could something like glowstone, glowing ink sacks or shroomlights to give them more uses. Basically so people don’t need the mod that allows torches give light when in your off hand. Would create that mining helmet look to perhaps

  9. I want one that increases the amount of XP per drop that you can apply to tools and weapons. It’d be incompatible with silk touch, mending, and fortune.

    Ice aspect, hooking, pulling, reach, bane of noobs,blocking, frost protection, stun, bane of air, surefooted, safeguard, shininess, wusslaying, worryfulness, lamp, protection from pumpkins, noob melting, greenery, dredge, defender, jump boost, burden, dullness, breaking, vulnerability, unblocking, life drain, weakness, critical strike, resilience, endurance, riding, leashing, tarnish, and this is only part one of my list.

    I’ve had a few for a while. |
    “Smelting” for Pickaxes, Axes, and Shovels. It basically smelts the block as if it was in a furnace. Using it in non smeltable blocks takes away 5 durability. |
    “Levitation” for Swords and Axes, where it acts like a shulker hit and sends the mobs a few blocks in the air |
    “Pullback I-V” Power but for the Crossbow, not combatable with Multishot or Piercing |
    “Storm” For a trident, allows you to summon storms by throwing it in the air |
    “Seeping” allows the tool or weapon to draw more XP from enemies, but cannot be compatible with mending. This would also pair with an anvil update to remove the stupid “too expensive” issue|
    “Spreading” for weapons to create Sculk on their own, but its a curse only found in Ancient Cities.

    Thats stuff I have had in my head for a bit now
