I look on the left side and its jungle so I say "alright, shimmers on the right so is the dungeon" I go to right side see the dungeon get a water candle then go to the ocean and start digging a little to the left of it so I can find the shimmer instead I find this goddamm wall they call a dungeon (pre boss btw)

Hum, I might be misunderstanding you, but the shimmer is on the same side as the jungle. Not the same side as the dungeon.
