Just find out I can do Christmas lights!

Just started a new/for fun creative map and was messing around when a lot of blocks when I came across this: using the shelves combined with copper/redstone torches your can get an affect similar to Christmas lights.

Only thing is that father away they kinda just blur together and turn into a beam light. Also they don't actually emit any light but they have a glowey effect.
