I've seen some people on here struggle with the space and the fact that the islands are weirdly shaped. I figured I would share what I've managed to do since I feel like I've managed to squeeze a lot into it. There's still some empty space (behind the middle right shed, around grandpa's shrine, etc) so I might move things around again but I'm pretty happy with that I have so far.
It's not the prettiest farm but it gets the job done.
This is my first ever farm and I got perfection on it too!
