Am i doing well for now? Currently im not very sure about what to do next. I watched several videos on how to start but rn im a bit stuck on here. Should I complete the quests for the one before tier 0 or expand the farm?

GTNH has an amazing quest book. I can only recommend you follow that, it will guide you and teach you many things.
Break things up by building or doing other side activities you can think of sometimes. Otherwise stuff may get monotonous.
I also suggest you set yourself a specific goal within the quest book. If you get to stargate thats great but I know for sure I dont have that patience. Maybe try to aim for an EBF or if you think you can manage: the moon.
