This TPS lag only happens when I go to a structure in my world (Lone Citadel, Dungeons & Taverns mod). the spark profiler should have a list of all my mods.
TPS goes down to 5 tps, and the thing is, as I reach closer and closer to the structure the TPS slowly degrades
Also, generating a new world and then going to the lone citadel still causes the same tps (going back to spawn or far away stops the tps lag)

You can swap Java to 25 and change G1GC for ZGC but garbage collection is not your issue. I think it’s entities but I’m not sure. You should install C2ME and it may solve your problem. A lot of the tick is being taken up by calls to getChunk and I know that C2ME optimizes chunk gen by multi threading it but I am not sure if it touches anything else.
It also looks like a significant portion of the processing power is going towards a command getting the position, type and tag for a block. These eventually lead to the calls I was referring to earlier because it needs chunk/block positions. I can also see that friends and foes is using up 1.5ms(kinda a drop in the bucket) trying to add a zombie horse spawn somewhere. This may ultimately be the cause of your issue but it’s hard to say.
