Hi there, they keep telling me everyday that my orange tree couldn't grow. How comes? I don't know which one is the orange tree but I tried for them not to be too close to each other and they seem far enough to me. I don't even know if the tree didn't grow at all or if it just won't give fruits? I planted it end of winter, now it's spring 22. Idk if this would affect anything.

The orange tree is the one on the bottom left. There’s probably a randomly spawned branch or rock behind it that you can’t see, but need to clear for it to keep growing. Could also be a wild tree seed. Just hit the tiles behind the tree with your axe/pickaxe/hoe to cover all your bases.
At you right there is a complete orange tree, but you are in the spring, and orange is a summer fruit, at your left down there is another orange tree growing, probably a torch, a seed or debris behind it are inside the 3×3 that the tree needs clean to grow
I could be very wrong, but I remember fruit trees needing an unobstructed 3×3 area to grow. The tree in the center looks like it has the corner tiles overlapping with the ones on the outside (assuming that is the tree you’re referring to). That might be stunting its growth.
If that’s not the cause, maybe there’s a torch behind the leaves?
Looks like you have a torch behind the tree on the bottom left (can see the light circle, I think). Clear that off – hit behind the tree with a hoe or pickaxe – and that should sort it.
