The 2017-2019 avatars sucked so much and people only liked it because of “nostalgia”. I remember people massively hating them because they’re always oders, spoiled brats, and the avatar itself is just trash. They’re the original slenders.

The only thing I hate is that it’s forced on everyone even though not all of us diddle kids for a living. I don’t mind kids. But it’s nice to just tune them out every once in a while.

Games that try way too hard to fit into a retro artstyle piss me off to unprecedented levels, and the people that worship/actively play these kinds of games are frankly extremely annoying and obnoxious toddlers that are blinded by a sense of false-nostalgia that they never experienced which they try to forcefully shove down everyone’s throats.

I like the current avatar trends and I have no big deal with Zepeto and weird-funny looking avatars (as long as it does not break Roblox rules like NSFW). The UGC really helps me with more diverse selection of items that I can customize my avatar to not looking bland like the ones from 2015-2019.

If you believe Forsaken devs don’t realese updates to distract people from drama, then you need to rethink what you just said. Every single time there is a major drama around the devs they quickly release and update as damage control.

Honestly, the older avatars were better than modern, while modern does look detailed, I like the unrealistic blocky models, becuase how goofy they look. Like I’m playing games to escape reality not play a realistic life simulator
