The shaders you’re using I think has broken the sky box. This reminds me of the hall of mirrors effect from the Doom game franchise where the game wouldn’t know what to render there and just would just duplicate the last frame.

I’ve had the same problem, try turning the distant horizons render distance down to 128 or less
