Should I get rid of them somehow or leave them there?? I cant really think on what to do or how to get rid of them because Ive been removing his stuff from my world. [Playing on MC bedrock edition]
If they’re his, then you can’t really do anything about them except keep them corralled or kill them.

On PC you might be able to edit the files to give someone else his player data and thus the dogs, but you seem to be on console so it would be too much hassle.

Dun hurt em please. Understandable, it’s too many mouths to feed, jus leave em be. Take 4 with you, on your hunts. They’re very helpful with skeleton. Leave them there, build a nice covered shelter.

Dig a hole the same size as the pen until they’re out of sound range then cover them in dirt and forget about them
