They really don’t fit the artstyle of the game, not to mention that their skin is WAYYY too smooth and their eyes look… strange. A few of them don’t even properly look like their sprites. Take the arms dealer or the goblin tinkerer. The goblin tinkerer doesn’t even have ears on his main sprite (and Red said in a forum post that they were cut off by the other goblins), alternatively, since what Red says are often retconned in the future, his ears are extremely small – certainly not as big as they appear in the portrait, anyway. And don’t even get me started on the arms dealer
