  1. While it might not have many practical uses, even now, I love it. It’s a great source of exp when smelting.

I actually loved it for the aesthetic, but I’m a freak that likes birch and cobblestone so I’m not the norm

  3. I honestly loved building with it when we first got it, but I’m not complaining that we’ve only gotten more festures

I mean how do you expect us to react when Mojang makes a new pre that’s really, really common and only has like 3 crafting recipes?

    XP has left the chat

I smelted one vein of copper and it fixed my mending neth chestplate

I play modded, so this is a godsend. Mods each have their own copper. They were interchangeable thanks to forge tags, but they were unstackable. Now we have a universal copper, and universal style. Copper things from different mods don’t look as out of place with each other anymore.

No? I was genuinely excited for more building blocks and more things to mine. Copper is one of my favorite building blocks now because it has four color variations, a unique trait, and best of all, all versions have an equal building block, stair, cut version, of both, and more. Calling it usless is such a bad take |

Edit: gotta give love to the copper grates for windows, it’s so good looking

I always saw the potential in it but all the cool stuff that came later was worth the wait imo. it’s one of my favorite materials for building now

  9. Yea. At first, copper was pretty worthless. But now it has a lot more uses with the many more copper blocks, the cooper golem and the tools. However, copper was always good for one thing: Steampunk-esque builds.

Mfs when the block added to the game to be used as a building block doesn’t have any uses besides being a building block

It was never useless. If it was then so are stone bricks, so is terracotta, so is purpur, and so is sandstone.

It’s a building block and it doesn’t need to do anything else besides be a building block to be useful.

Now they still hate it even though they were begging for copper tools in the first place
