  1. Thank you for showing how to make this work! I will definitely be using this in my worlds now. I'm glad the first chest picks up the items–I was worried items would move all the way to the last block before hopping into a chest. Sweet!

  2. This.. Is pretty neat. The idea of conveyors especially as items don't despawn makes me try to make an industrious storage section that's thematic as it is appropriate.
    It mixes engineering basis with helpful farming which I feel I could do alot more.
    I remember when I just set a basic granite farm and used it to sell the cool helmets as example

  3. I implemented it into my mob farms when i noticed the tooltip. Works nice i got them hooked to a 1/4 timer that is also wired to the lizhard dart traps and a switch between calming and water candle, bro i need to put hearts on it for the heals thats what im missin. Been an awesome update.

  4. what do you think about factory-style build where actual loot is carried. maybe with sci-fi tubes as theming or claustrophobic underworks of hellforge

  5. In my Skyblock world I used the conveyors to build a star collector across the entire sky of my world. This brought all the stars that fall at night to my base.
    Turns out that also collected all the meteorites that fell as well.
    After watching your video it makes sense to now build various farms on the left and right of the maps that bring items up to that belt.
    (I built this roughly 10-15 blocks below the top of the world.)

  6. I LOVED my gnome farm i made previously, and your telling me i can make it easier now? Not the info i was expecting from conveyor belts. But i am SO happy i decided to watch.

  7. 6:24 you are making your life more complicated, you can but those blocks under the conveyor belts, and it will also work, because now the game will check the block under a conveyor belt to know what to spawn.

  8. Being able to put Placeholders in chest would be amazing. It would basically leave a transparent image of the item in the slot of that chest and only that item can go in said slot. Maybe by alt clicking a stack in a chest?

  9. Can you also make sure to give a general overview of how statues work for farming? Since this will be your first 1.4.5 farm tutorial, it would be nice to have a refresher or at least a link to where you've talked about it before. I'm only now just getting into the idea of building a farm, but don't know where to start or how much has changed since the last videos were made. Even if nothing has changed, just knowing what videos to watch will be extremely helpful.

  10. I would like to see a design for Cattiva and Foxparks farm, so I can leave the game running for a day and come back to at least one of each still alive and ready to be picked up.

  11. Wdym we needed to use obscure setups or even 3rd party software before, to spawn chaos elementals? Grappling onto a block while not being in front of a safe wall was always enough to trigger chaos elemental spawns. The bigger problem (which the stress ball doesnt fix) was and still is, that enchanted swords spawn under the same conditions as chaos elementals

  12. hoplites do not need to spawn on marble anymore. at least not in skyblock. all I did was have like 5 marble blocks placed near where i was standing and they started spawning in my farm.

  13. Y'know, I don't see what the purpose is in making certain enemies only spawn while the player is "active" if there's just gonna be an item that tricks the game into thinking you are. To me, that seemed like an intentional balance decision specifically to prevent you from just AFKing your way to items that were rare for a reason.

    Not one I agree with, mind you. But still – I don't see much reason why that spawn condition exists now if they just added an item to bypass it. At that rate, they might as well just remove the condition.
