It produces 1 snow block every ~2.4 seconds. Snow from the golem is pushed by the piston into a hopper, which collects the resultant snowball and sends it to the crafter. The wiring is just an observer clock hooked up to the piston and crafter. by friendlyseraph Minecraft

sadly doesnt work in hot biomes in bedrock.
