is it only underwater chests?

It’s the mod [Make Bubbles Pop](https://modrinth.com/mod/make_bubbles_pop) which “adds bubble particles to opening chests” (quote from their mod page)

Guys, I figured it out. Subtle effects adds an option for chests to randomly open underwater.
