okay so im gonna look like a complete idiot but can someone tell me why my sugarcane harvester thing isnt working. whenever i flick the lever only half it goes and it just goes back and forth a block no actual movement. someone please save me i need rockets

well first thing that jumps out to me is your using mods so its hard to say there could be something making this design not work
otherwise, what tutorial did you follow for this ? are you sure you placed everything exactly the same as it showed ? you cant make it too long or any difference could make it not work if you dont know what youre doing. Are you sure the observers and everything are all in the correct direction ? facing the right way in the right position ? are you sure the slime blocks are not sticking to any other blocks anywhere else ?
also, are you sure the tutorial you used works for the game version you are playing on ?
the repeater delay is not long enough
could be other things but that’s an immediate issue I see
