I only recently started playing strides when a friend introduced me… have been enjoying it and looking everything up and learning what I can.
But something just happened and to say that I’m kind of annoyed would be an understatement.
But I have 2 community quests on the go and both are on the final day
One is 100 bug meat which is the second time I have acquired but I forgot to deliever last time and this time I have completed and can’t deliver
The other is the island ingredients I had to grow and harvest 100 taro root
Which is 39/100 but there was more than enough to harvest to complete
I just went to go to the beach to give Willy his bug meat and I can’t enter the beach coz it’s the jelly festival or something and that also means I can’t get to the island for the island ingredient quest

You don’t need to enter Willy’s to deliver the bug meat. There’s a barrel outside next to his shop to drop it in. In the future, you can take any items you already have for a quest and deliver them right away; the items you deliver don’t have to be the same new items you collect. Then you can just go about collecting and the quest will automatically be completed once you get enough.
Try going to the jelly festival and seeing if you can put the bug meat in the barrel then? Idk if it’ll work.
Unfortunately for the taro root I don’t think anything can be done unless you have a warp totem or can craft one. If not, at least this way you’ll have a bunch of root ready for the next time this quest pops up!
