Place the Wooden planks so mobs can spawn, then pray you get an Enderman (for Enderpearls to teleport out of course)

One option (if you had 3 more planks) is to place 2 trapdoors, one against the bedrock beneath the opening and one on the right, this is something I have setup in my wool farm.

You are not in Hardcore mode, so the best solution would be to die of hunger and then rush down with a water bucket.

quickly equip an unequip your elytra with your chestplate and jump raipidly and it should let you glide
