After installing some mods, I discover this, half of my day wasted because of one mod or something that is going wrong, truly I have no idea what is causing this

I think it may be particle rain? It’s a mist on the groundÂ
i have the same thing in my own modpack. no idea what it is either
Particle rain
This is a feature of the Particle Rain mod. After every rain, mist will appear on top of grass blocks around you. I think you can toggle it in the config to not appear somehow.
