Pretty common if I have to guess but cool nonetheless.
seed and coords given in the screenshot but if you want it quick it's at the bottom.
I've seen above water beach shipwrecks, under sand beach shipwrecks but never fully underground shipwrecks. interesting thing is that it's at y 0 ( top is 4 bottom is -5 ). Also only two blocks are under direct sunlight if it has anything to do with it's spawning
