Building from Refrence

Ive been trying to learn to build from refrences lately,and i just cant get the roof right, i dont know what block pallet to use and ive added at the end what im refrencing
its a post on pinterest

It is a work in progess im yet to detail some parts and maybe shade trhe cobblestone im just unsure
