If you have access to the world than you have 100x as much info about the seed than we do, and you can crack it yourself using an online tool and various structure coordinates.
While it is technically possible to find a seed from a single screenshot sometimes, it is a very difficult feat, requiring a lot of time and compute power. No one is going to find the seed for you based on this screenshot.
