A few things: the fez on your horse is a lovely touch, that table by grandpa’s shrine would be a great plaza to have dinner, and I’m betting the rest of your farm is super cosy. As for the thing in the corner, I’m afraid I have no idea, but I too would be scared. Home someone can explain!
It’s an enemy (most likely a Truffle Crab) that’s gotten stuck out of bounds. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, since you’ll eventually either kill it or despawn it by saving and quitting.
Some enemy got an invalid position so the game just put it to 0 0
It seems the original question was mostly answered already, so… All iridium tools except watering can and pan? Why not just…? If not else, just for the sake of completeness? 🤭
