ilikeroundcats on March 30, 2026 2:38 am Are you getting a message that the tree isn’t growing? If there’s no message, then everything is fine. Fruit trees just take a while.
Whiskin87 on March 30, 2026 2:45 am Is there a sapling or something hiding behind it? Even a random seed will inhibit growth.
Responsible-Gold8610 on March 30, 2026 2:46 am Is that your only sapling? Make sure you’re dealing with the right tree.
InspectionOdd4250 on March 30, 2026 2:50 am Is that your only orange tree? Did you forget another orange tree? Maybe on Ginger Island? I’ve done that before.
CaptainZaysh on March 30, 2026 2:56 am I can’t see anything in the picture that would explain it. Seems like it has to be one of these: 1. There’s something behind the trunk that we can’t see without the transparency from going behind it. 2. There’s another fruit tree somewhere, and that’s the one the game is complaining about. 3. This is, in fact, a glitch. Might have to chop and move it somewhere else (someone confirm whether that works prior to the tree maturing?).
Citron_Own on March 30, 2026 2:58 am You guys remember when that person couldn’t get their fruit tree to grow cause of a rock? Good times
Lazayiel on March 30, 2026 3:36 am What’s up with the Orange trees always having an issue with this sub lol
servinggod4ever on March 30, 2026 4:00 am Is it the correct season for oranges? That’s the one thing I don’t see mentioned here.

Relevant_Walk7314 on March 30, 2026 4:30 am The trees grow after a month and after that the fruits grow in the last week of every month. I think.
TigerMammoth547 on March 30, 2026 4:39 am There has to be something behind it not visible in this screenshot. Hit around behind it with your pickaxe or hoe. Some stuff is super hard to see!
